These terms apply to all Book Consulting, Writing, Editing, Publishing, and Marketing services offered by www.bookconsultationfirm.com. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ownership & Copyrights

All rights to the final content delivered remain exclusively yours. Once the project is completed according to our agreed scope, you retain full ownership and copyright of your manuscript and related materials. Book Consultation Firm does not claim ownership of your completed work after full payment has been received.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before starting any project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All payments include applicable taxes and transaction charges, which are the client’s responsibility.
  • Work will commence only after payment confirmation has been received.

Revisions & Updates

Client satisfaction is our priority. We offer unlimited revisions within 7 days of final delivery to ensure the work aligns with the agreed scope. In special cases, this revision period may be extended up to 14 days upon request.

Revision turnaround times:

  • 24-hour projects: revisions completed within 24 hours
  • 24–48-hour projects: revisions completed within 48 hours
  • Projects exceeding 48 hours: revisions may take up to 72 hours

Revisions apply only to the original project scope. Additional requests outside the agreed brief may incur extra charges.

Project Requirements & Client Responsibilities

  • Before starting, we review your project details, goals, and expectations. Any limitations or clarifications are discussed in advance to ensure alignment with agreed deliverables.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to complete the project.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may request a full refund before your manuscript or project files are submitted, minus a transaction fee of $150 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is lower.

Additional refund terms include:

  • No refunds after 90 calendar days from the original purchase date
  • No refunds for change-of-mind decisions after order confirmation
  • Cancellation after manuscript submission but before design or formatting begins: eligible for 75% refund
  • Cancellation after design or formatting has started but before final approval: eligible for 50% refund
  • No refunds once final approval has been given
  • If you are dissatisfied, a written refund request may be submitted within 7 days of project completion
